Chernobyl disaster 25 years later2010-11-25–2011-03-10
25 years ago Pripjat was a city with 50 000 inhabitants. It had a bright future because employment was secured for the majority of residents due to the nearby Chernobyl nuclear power plant. It had four reactors and two more were under construction and thus Chernobyl would become a cornerstone in Ukraine's electricity supply. Everything looked good. Only one test had to be implement on reactor 4. At 01:23 the night of April 26, 1986 there was a massive explosion. 25 years later, deadly radioactive particles still effects everything and everyone in Pripjat.
