Calais refugees
By Ola Torkelsson – Outside the French coastal city of Calais thousands of refugees and migrants live in a forest called “The Djungle”. Most of them are on their way to the UK where they hope to live and work. Every night they try to jump on trucks that travel by ferry from Calais to Dover, England. Most of the refugees are caught but some people get across to make people want to continue to try. Many of the refugees and migrants are from Afghanistan, Somalia and Syria.
