Climate change in Afghanistan

By Casper Hedberg – Afghanistan is one of the countries that emits the least carbon dioxide, but at the same time one of the countries where the consequences of climate change are most visible. And this affects an already poor and war-torn country. In Afghanistan, the temperature has measured an increase of 1.8°C in Afghanistan between 1950 and 2010. That is twice as high as the global average.
